• House has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms plus living  quarters for staff at 5 car garage top Elevator level.

• House is brand new 2006 and has the best of all new appliances, laundry room  equipment,  elevator , TVs , surround sound, and 5 Jacuzzis  (2 are outside).

• Staff of 4 to 6 prepare your food, liquor, beverage & maid service at no charge. You purchase or have them purchase your food and drinks for you. 

• There are no other charges or taxes unless of course you want to tip staff at end of your stay for their fine service which is entirely up to you and customary in Mexico.

• High speed  DSL Internet Wireless

 

• Rental Rates:

• Rental rate is $1,400 U.S.D. per night (or $9,800 U.S.D. per week for 14 people( $100 per person per night) no other charges or taxes) for whole villa and complex and is ideal for up to 7 couples with total privacy, there is a air-conditioned seventh bedroom with two single beds but it shares a bathroom. No other charges or taxes.

  There are beds  for up to 36 people if you want to double up.

  There are 6 couch beds with fans in addition for a total of up to 42 people.

  Rate for more than 14 people is $100.00 U.S.D. per person per night extra.

   

  Christmas: $2,000 per night / 7 night minimum for up to 14 people

            $100 per night / per person for each person over 14 people

  New Year: $2,000 per night / 7 night minimum for up to 14 people

            $100 per night / per person for each person over 14 people

  Casa Iguana is ideal for events, weddings, family reunions, corporate events, business meetings or just a get together for good friends!

  Events for more than the amount of guests staying at house up to 200 people maximum.

  • $2,000 USD Event fee if renting house for 6 or7 nights or more

  • $2,500 USD Event Fee if renting house for 5 nights     

  • $3,000 USD Event Fee if renting house for 4 nights     

  • $3,500 USD Event Fee if renting house for 3 nights     

  • $5,000 USD Event fee if renting house for 2 nights or less

  On your event, you can furnish your own entertainment, caterers, bartenders & waiters.

  Our staff will be there to help.

  • Balance or 50% of rental you can send a cashiers check to Bonnavilla Plaza Corp, 2750 Osborne Drive East,  Hastings, Nebraska 68901-1006 two weeks before your arrival.

   

  • In case of cancellation by renter at least 30 days before reservation, this deposit is not refunded but will be credited with no time limit to a future rental at the convenience of both parties.
