Staff of 4 to 6 prepare your food, liquor, beverage & maid service at no charge. You purchase or have them purchase your food and drinks for you.

There are no other charges or taxes unless of course you want to tip staff at end of your stay for their fine service which is entirely up to you and customary in Mexico.

Casa Iguana Rates
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept MasterCard & Visa. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and our office Bonnavilla Plaza Corp. 2750 Osborne Drive East, Hastings, Nebraska 68901-1006 and We will send you a confirmation. For balance owed, You can either send a cashiers check or we will run your credit card, your choice, one week prior to your arrival.
Complimentary margarita cocktail hour upon arrival at Casa Iguana.
1- up to 14 guests: $1400 per Night USD. $1400 per night minimum rental
Additional guests (up to 36): $50 U.S.D. per night per guest
There are no other taxes or fees
HOLIDAYS (Christmas, New Year )
14 guests or fewer: $2000 / Night USD
15-32 guests: additional $50 U.S.D. per Night per guest, kids under 5 free
One-week minimum. If you rent Christmas and New Year’s both, there is a 2-week minimum.
SPRING BREAK DURING MARCHeach year
7+ day rental: One-week minimum. $1666 per night up 14 guests (which is $119 per person per night). You can have from 15 to 36 guests total for $89 per person each per night . No other taxes or fees.
There is a $300 per person refundable “Damage & Theft” deposit required during Spring Break. This Damage & Theft deposit is due 10 days prior to your first rental day. Please send a cashiers check to our office:

Upon departure inspection, your original check will be returned to you the day after you leave if no damage, theft or broken house rules.
WEDDING AND SPECIAL EVENT FEE
An additional Event Fee will be assessed for special events with 50-250 guests over and above house guests according to following schedule. If you rent Casa Iguana for:
7-days or more the special event fee is $2000 USD
5-days the special event fee is $2500 USD
4-days the special event fee is $3000 USD
3-days the special event fee is $3500 USD
2-days or less the special event fee is $5000 USD.
There are beds for up to 36 people in air conditioning if you want to double up.
There are 6 couch beds with fans in addition for a total of up to 42 people.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS! as there are 2 very large palm palapas on our grounds which could catch fire.!
